CIVIL BUSINESS. CLAIM'. BY A- MASSEUR.-,-yEvidence was taken ;in the oivil actioh; ill which Axel Holtz, masseur and medical electrician, claimed from. James Fisher the sum of J26 65., for maissage treatment to defendant's wife, who suffered :-froni paralysis. •; Mr. 1 Neave appeared for; plaintiff, and defondant was represented by Mr.,.'Weston.. The-action is based on the 'question of whether -or not; massage is duly qualified medical treatment. His /Worship reserved , his .decision.
