Ottawa, February 3. Montreal, whose civic politics were found by Judge Cannon to be "saturated with corruption and soaked m patronage," has elected the reform candidate for the Mayoralty, Mr. Guenn, by a majority of 10,000.
Out of twenty-three aldermen mentioned in Mr. Justico Cannon's report revealing civio corruption, twenty-two wero defeated in the election for the Board of Control.
