AN' INDENT, AND AFTER, The next case , was that of Wm Shaw, of MastortOn," v.; Liggihs . and Froggatt, of Birmingham, England.. This claim arose out. of an indent given-.by-plain-tiff to a Wellington firm to indent goods from, Liggins, and Froggatt. , Upon the arrival .of tho goods' Shaw , declined to' take, delivery, and Ligfiins and ~l'roßEatt sued' for damages 'alleged to have been sustained. .The .damages were put down the price of .'the goods indented, ard
