The light was good, but the wind increased slightly. as the - day wore .pn. , Bruits: COLLINS SHIELD. , ■ Seven shots at 200, 500, and 600 yards; This was won by the-'Opaii Rifle Club, ! with a, ecore of 476 points. Other scores .. Eifles, 172; Napier Guards, 465; Ohura Bifle Club, 451; Dannevirke Bifles, 450; Banfurly Eifles, 449; Hawke's Bay Mounted Eifles, 440; Taradale Bifle Club, 435. • • : •- , ■' . ■Following were the leading scores in the Hastings match, seven shots, at 200, 500,: and. 600 yards:— .
