Statute be repealed, and'the, following eriacted in lieu thereof: "No.one candidate shall present .himself for examination • in. the Law. of Property, Part 11., unless he has already at a previous, examination, .presented himself for examination :in th« Law of Property, Part I), and obtained at ■ least GO per cent, of; the minimum marks required by the examiner, for a pass'in that subject, and that the attention of judges be drawn. to this alteration with a view to a similar alteration being made, in .the' regulations for the law professional examination." ... -

The Law Examiners' Committee recommended: that W. Bowstead, barrister at law, be appointed .''examiner in contracts and torts, and in" negligence, niistake, misrepresentation,-' and fraud for honours in law, and tho LL.M. degree for 1910, and; that Dr. T. B. Napier be appointed examiner in! company law and : bankruptcy, and that, if any further appointments of examiners for honours in law and the LL.M. degree for. 1910 require to be made, such appointments be made by ,the ; Chancellor iu consultation with Dr. Ktchett and Mr. Von Hoast. ■■■:. . ■' .
