NEW LOAN ISSUES AGGREGATE 21 MILLIONS.
EMPIRE DEBT, 240 MILLIONS. ' (Reo. January 27, 0.5 am.) , Berlin, January 26. Seventeen millions sterling of German Imperial Bonds and seven millions of Prussian Consols will bo issued on February 5 at a minimum of 102, bearing interest at fonr per cent. The underwriters havo paid 101 3-16. The Empire debt will then bo 240 millions.
