Fraser, and Bro. A. J. Bennett, who, in short but very instructive addresses gave accounts of the' good work which done: by "the (order' since its' advent to this-city many years ago. Bro Fraser spoko of the time when. there were no. Good Templar Lodges hero, and gave :an account of the ■ opening of the iirstpne.
