A m'otioii was put forivard by Mr. Davis tp the effeot that; the ,'clajise in tlie rules dealing with tho representation of clubs, on centres (one delegate for each 50 members or fraction thereof) bp deleted, .and provision "made "for- each, cantre .tp deoide on the basis of representation which lvould best suit . local conditions. After somp discussion Mr. Davisi (Vithdrew thp 'motion on the understanding that , the sub-<!omriiittee -set up to revise the rules, would make an addition providing, that the smaller centres plight have larger representation if they deem it advisable. .
