OBITUARY.
SIE FREDERICK BARLEY. By Telegraph-Press Aesociation-OoDyrieht (Uec. Januarj C, OS a.m.) Sydney, January 5. A private cablegram received here announces the death, in London, of Sir Frederick Dai ley, who retired some little timo ago from the position of Chiof Justice of New South Wales. Flags are flying at half-mast in Sydney. A special Gazette has been issued expiessing deep sorrow at the death of Sir Fredenck Darlej, and appreciation of his long and distinguished services to tho State.
