During yesterday's movements of tho Queensland forces under Lord Kitchener's surprise orders (which involved operating against a supposed force landed, from a hostile fleet at twenty miles from camp, and marching upon Brisbane), the infantry covered twenty miles, and the light horse forty miles. Tho troops took great interest in their work, and finished fit and well. Tho operations, whether Lord Kitchenor -was aware of it or not, were over country with which the forces woro well acquainted. '
