The pole immediately flow up and hit Marson on the back of the head, killing, him in- • etantaneously. At the inquest,,the evidence of William. Woods, who was'working with Marson' (who was a' married man), showed' 1 : that the anchor' had be-' ' comq loosened by the recent rain, and the pole had sprung, upwards: with .great force. A verdiet was returned that deceased was killed through 'being struck i on the head with a hay-lifter. FOUND DKOWNED.
