The persons arrested include Savarkar's! brother (who is a law student at Bombay), and Orso, a native banker of Yeoltt, (a town m- tho Nasik district, 58 miles from Aurangabad).' The banker is charged with financing a Deccan conspiracy. -• A mass of incriminating documents and enough pistols ' and 'to exterminate the English population of the district have been seized. ,
