THE RE-UNION WITH AUSTRALIA. : Having returned from Australia yesterday, Professor/ Hunter, who , acted as the'-'special delegate of the' New, Zealand- Tennis Association at a conl'crenco with tho Australiau Association, will have a report to ,'inako to the local executive at its next meeting. Dr. Hunter was given power to take whatever action he deemed'wise in connection with tho difference between the Australian Association nnd the New: Zealand body. The main result of the recent;conference',-he reports, is that tr- — New: Zealand Association ' agrees to go, bacit. into the Australasian Association, on certain minor alterations in' the-constitution being approved. These,; it is understood,, a.ve" practically agreed to already, and tho breach which threatened, may now do regarded as'healed. An understanding has been arrived at that New Zealand and Australia will work as one organisation at least until the.Davis Cup is lost to Australasia.
