Sir,—l see our artists are. talking of star tine an Art Club iff Wellington. be better, to' improve oiir present s Art GaUory, if our artists -have any 'inorioy. to. spare? it ; s , badly in need of all the help-it can got, and is. a disgrace to.a city like' .Wellington. The artists could, if funds allowed; add a working room and library, and if each' member gave a picture a.year, .which, ..of, course, should bo submitted for approval to, the ArtGallcry Committee, we should soon have a, gallery wo might well bo proud of.—l am, etc., V A LQVXB.OP.ABT.
