OUTBREAK IN FOXTON ROPE WORKS. A telegraph rnessngo was received on Satur . day, stating that a uro had broken out in tho rope and re me works of Messrs. William ltoss and Son, Ltd., at I'oxton. Those works consist of a scries ot corrugated iron buildings erected on the eastern side of tho Levin-Foxton road, in close proximity to the latter town. At these works which wero only established about three ycais ago, are manufactured ropo, ' binder twine, and several grades of finer tvrine.
