NOTICE 13 hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tho Onslow Borough Council, held on tho 10th day of November, 1909, it was, resolved thai the Council of the Borough of Onslow makes by (Spcoial Ordor) the amendments hereunder mentioned of tho By-law of 1902, under and by virtue of The Municipal Corporations Act, -1908," and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, tho amendments to com© into force on the Ist. Tho objects,of the proposed amendments are (1) to add to Section 51 of tho said_ Bylaw a further subclause (e) authorising tho Council to dispense with full compliance with tho said section, and to I impose any other terms or conditions, | wiEh a proviso that such dispensing power shall.only be exercised where certain specified states of facts exist. 1 (2) To repeal Sections 59 of the said Bylaw and enact in place' of tho same a provision prohibiting tho removal of buildings and the re-crcction of same within tho Borough without the written permission of tho Borough Surveyor, which ho may give if satisfied in certain prescribed respects, an inspection fee to be paid by the applicant, and prohibiting ■ such removal in sections of buildings ■ intended for residential purposes; Tho said resolution will bo submitted for confirmation to a Special Meeting of the Council, to bo held at the Council Chambers, Ballanco Street, City of Wellington, on WEDNESDAY, the Bth day of DECEMBER, 1909, at 8 o'clook p.m. A full copv of the abovo amendments is deposited at the Offices of tho Onslow Borough Council, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until tho said Bth day of Decembor, 1909.
