ALLEGED PECULATIONS. BULLET INTENDED FOB MINISTER FOR WAR. (By Telcßraph-Presj JWsoelation-Oopyrleßtl Pans, November 29. A clerk in this city named Endelsi, an Algerian, mistaking General Veraud for General Brun (Minister fqr War), shot and wounded the former. Endolsi was arrested He wildly accused French generals in Algeria of peculations.
