RAILWAYMEN'S DIFFERENCES.
A QUESTION OF REPRESENTATION. ■ 'At . a recent' nteoting .of the New Zealand Locomotive' Engine. Drivers',' Firpiiien's, and Cleaners' Association; the following, resolution was passed:—'That we,' the .members of (he Wellington branch of the Engine Drivers', Piremen's, ancV- Cleaners' Association, pro disgusted at the antagonistic attitude adopted by the'officials of the A.SiR.S. in engineering :'resolutipnß from their various branches, and in. trying to prevent onr recognition by the Government, seeing that tho represents scarcely fifty per cent, of railwaymen, while the asso-ciation-represents ninety; per cent.' of the drivers, firemen, and cleanors.
