In the adjourned caso in which William Burgoyne Hudson, civil servant, plaintiff (Mr. Luckio), sued Carlo Antico (Mr. Somerville) for ,£t 7s. Gd., alleged contribution of rates due by defendant on a property at Packakarilri, judgmont ivas given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with £2 Ss. costs.
HIRE Or A MOTOR-CAR, George Pinnock (Mr. Findlay) proceeded against James Aitken (Mr. I'ltrgibbon) to recover £2 55., for the hiio of a motor-car. After hearing the evidence, his Worship nonsuited plaintiff. i FOR WAGES. Victor Emanuel Scoullar (Mr. Weston) sued George Pinnock for £3 55., amount alleged to be duo for wages, including .£1 for a week's notice in lieu of wages. Judgment was given for plaintiff for- tho amount claimed, with costs <£1 Us.
