Harbour Board yesterday.' v.- ■ 'The .•following letter from the Wellington Chamber of Coinmerce was read:—"Representations have been made to' thisiohamber as to', the alleged, disgraceful. oonditi6n in which' the dried fruit cargo was delivered from the steamer Warrimoo on its arrival here on November 10, and my council desires to'express the- hope that the board will.in future so arrange as : to prevent the discharge of cargo more, rapidly, than it can be efficiently: handled, due rogard being had -to tho character and condition of the cargo; and the conditions under which it is delivered."
