Frnser, D.A., of Dunedin, has been appointed third assistant master at the I'ajnier&ton North High School, vice Mr, lleischer resigned. Mr. Fra.sor was trained at the Dunrdin Training College, and has had experience as relieving teacher in several ol the loading schools, including the Otago High School.
