Tbe WaDyanni Boxing Association's tournament concluded on Saturday night in the presence of a eood attendance.' The results of' the semi-finals were as follow Novice Light-weight.—-Whaler (Taihaiie) beat Bullock (Wanganui), who was , disqualified. Middle-weights.—Geale (Bunnythorpe) beat Ireland (Weipawa). Welter-weights.—Hogan (Wanganui) beat Williams'(Kai Iwi). Turner (Wellington) lieat Johnson (Wanganui). The finals resulted as follow:— . Light-weight Championship—Portor (Wellington) bca.t Clarko (Palmerston North). . Bantam-weights.—Kutner (Wellington) boat Cook (Napier).. - Middles-eights.—Devitt beat Geale, who went into the ring with both thumbs damaged. ; Welter-weights.—Hogan beat Turner, who was disqualified for fouling, W. Wonand was declared to bo the most scientific boxer, and secured the' special prize.
