Dalgcty and Co., Ltd., report having held their fortnightly sale at Ekctahuna yesterday, when both sheep and cattlo camo' in over advertised'numbers. Sheep in most.caßcs did not sell too freely under the hammer, but the firm disposed oi most of their entries before thd day closed. Cattle sold well-at lato~rates. Quotations:-Sheep: Fat ewes,.-. 16s. 3d.; owes and lambs, 15s. to 18s. 3d.; empty forward ewes, 12s. 7d. At Foilding on Friday a medium entry of sheep mot with a good sale.
