ZEPPELIN'S SCHEME." (By, TolcEraph.—l'roas AssoclMlon.-CooyrlihU (Eec. November 17, 11.10.p.m.) Berlin, November 17. The proposed aerial passenger service, to bo carried on by means of Zeppelin airships (dirigiblo balloons), has advanced a stage. The Zeppelin Aerial Company has been established at Frankfurt-on-Alain, and will begin passenger excursions to the principal towns of Germany during the spring, nlso trips to Denmark and across the Channel to England.
