Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor: of the Excheqiier, while witnessing a performance of "The Mountaineers" at the Savoy Theatre, was made the subject of a hostile demonstration by a.' dozen ; Suffragettes. The women stood.in,the stalls and circles, waved feedingtubes and a banner, and shouted, until six of thorn were ejected from the building.
