RESULTS OF SATUROAVS PLAY. As the days lengthen out, and the time grows short between this and the .tournaments, tho keen bowler shows an added desire 'to "get all the play he can, so that Ms hand may ho wall in for January's big contests. There was plenty of wind to begin with .on Saturday afternoon,-but. between 1 p.m. and 5 V- m - it died awav to a calm, permitting enjoyable play up till 7 p.m. With the speU of dry woather. and the constant attention now being lavished on the greens daily, the playing areas are getting very keen, taxing tho judgment of tho best bowlers to "draw/' to a nicety. .'
