Tracj, of Wellington, easily beat Hurcomb, of Marlborough.un a bosing contest last night Tiacj nas the first to put in an appearance in tho nng, being well received but it was some ■minutes before Hur.comb took his corner. Tho weights were given as Tracy, 9st 121b , and iHurcomb, 9st. 131b. On coming; together, Tracy was tho first to lead, sending in a straight left, but the round v.as tame and uneventful. There was a little more real boxing, in the second round, which wae very even.
