—. n • TliD Chinese Consul, Mr. Yung Liang Hwang, has received instructions to tho effect that tho romains of her late Majesty the Grand Empress Dowager of China will bo removed from the Imperial Paltico at Poking to-morrow, and that that day is to ho observed as iv aay of mourning by all Chinese officials throughout the world. Tho Chinese Consul very much regrets that consequently he .will bo unablo to join in the celebration of the anniversary of the birthday of his Majesty tho King ot England.
