THE RHODES SCHOLARSHIP.

At school he achieved groat distinction as an all-round'pupil—secur-ing a Junior Board Scholarship, an Eitenilbn Board Scholarship: (extended for. a third year), 'and a, Junior i.University' Scholarship, 1 while ;ocoupying a very prominent position in sohool •life and in athletics.
