[The programme of the congress was outlined in a lecent issue of the Sydney "Daily Tcle« graph" as follows,—Tho congToss this year will bs opened in the Perth Cathedral (West Australia), on Monday, October 25, by a special service, conducted by Archbishop ClarKc. The opening dobato on "Why I Am a Christian" will be held in the Perth Town Hall, tho Bishops of Brisbane, Adelaide, and Nevcastle having consented to <peak on the subject, ATchbuhop Clarl'e will preside at a special meeting for women in the Town Hall on Wednesday afternoon, October 27, and simultaneously at St, George's Hall the question of tho use of church societies and the ministry of tho laity in town parishes and scattered populations will be discussed. The subject set down for tho evening meeting is "Christianity and the Eace Question," the different aspects of the Christian S rolation to the probability of an Astatic overflow into English-speaking democracies to be debated by Sir Walter James Dr. ilnckett, MLC, and Archdeacon Whittington.
