The "Daily Chronicle" reports that, in preparation for tho Tsar's visit, the Italian authorities on Saturday morning closed the shops in'Racconigi. They also compelled the townsfolk to quit their dwellings,, and escorted them to,a field outside the town, whero they were surrounded by troops.
