' The'adjourned inquest touching tho finding of a body atOtaki last week was resumed to-, day, When Constable Shaw continued his evidence. . , ' Amelia Gage,' of Wellington, after.inspecting-, the .clothes worn - by deceased,, recognised them' as those worn by Amelia Hemi. stated that she'knew of no causo. that would have leddeceased to eontemplato,'self destruction. Deceasod: was about: 32 years .of 'age, and 'was formerly a domestic servant in Wellington. 'She-.(witness). last, saw ' Iter, about. February, when deceased said -that sho iwas going to Pori'ruavto look..for 'employment.; A, . - 'Tho coroner'returned a verdict of found dead, there - being no evidenco: to show how deccasod met* her death. .*. j- v . * I'OUND DEAD. tllj. Grand, followinp the occupation'of pawnbroker, was found lying dead in his: shop r at half-past one this afternoon. Tho body was lying on its face, there being some; indication of-heart failure. ; Dr. Symes gave it as his opinion .that death had. occurred about -an 'hqur previously. PENSIONER'S DEATH. -Westpopt, October 23. Michael Gannon Tate, a - pensioned. dropped dead in a fish.shop on Saturday night, from heart disease. , . :- William ..Jennings,' who was admitted to the hospital recently, after a collision: with V vehicle at Lower, Hutt, died at tho institution yesterday afternoon..
