Institute of Patent Agents -waited .■ Captain Collins, Commonwealth agent, and' suggested the omission of the; clause; in the Patents Bill making it compulsory to work , patents, in Australia. They suggested that, if the omjssiou of the clause were deemed impossible, a mutual agrec,ment might be made under which,the working of a patent'in one country should be'accepted as equivalent to working in both. '
