It is claimed tbat the number of possibles scored in this King's Match is a world's record. The stiobting in all .the events has been exceptionally good. In each case there have been very high averages and sevofal possibles. Besides the first stage, of the King's Match,, the Sargobd (rifle clubs) Match (fifteen shot's at 600 yds.)) was put through yesterday, l'arramatttt winning with 280 out of a possible 300, the Australian Bides following with one point, and three other teams with two points behind.
