Inspector Cnllen received a telegram to-day stating that two miners, Messrs. Martin and Tickle, were drowned in tho'Ngunguru River to-day through their boat, capsizing. . FOUND DEAD IN A WHABE. ■ The police have received advice tliat a farmer named Alfred Edward Watson .was found dead in a' whare yesterday four miles' from Alfredton. ■
