Th 6 Government hope that tho Royal Assent will be obtained "before the .session, onds in order that Parliament may be enabled to voto the money for. the construction of tho cruisors and destroyer's. : Nino are ,to bo placed in tho Atlantic and throe in tho Pacific.' Tho capital expenditure will be <£4,000,000 and the aniiual 6u.tlay will be ..£OOO,OOO. - Negotiations aro proceeding with tho Admiralty for tho ittluiediato loan of a cruiser, which will bd stationed, in the Atlantic for tho purpose of training cadets and seamen.
