October 8, 11 p.m.) * London, October 8.., The Government's Irish Land Purchase Bill is being considered in Committee of the House of Lords. Tho House, by 111 votes to 2G, deleted Clause 41, involving the practically compulsory, acquisition of land by the Estates Commissioners outside congested areas.
