Th 6 annual general meeting of th& New Zealind Motor Cycle Clnb was held at . tho ilubrdoms, 52 Willis Street, last evening. The sesretary's report.showed the elub to bo in a highly satisfactory condition, both financially and otherwise. ' . ; The following officers for the ensuing year were elected President, Mri L. A. Edwards (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs. J. C. and J. L. Bidwill, H. G. Smith, J. M, Morice, T. Tnglis.'and P. N. : Adams; ohairman, Mr. E. Daniel; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. D. Bridge; captain, Mr. F. J. Mncdonald; de-nntv-captain, Mr.. E. S. Binder; auditors, Messrs. L. A. Edwards and H. Dix (.trials', secretary. Mr, F.E..Bowden; committee, Messrs. W A. Waters, W. J.
