: Sir,—Our attention has been.called to a letter,- in your issue of September 23 reflecting 011 the New Zealand Chriftiau Endeavour Union as having on its council a gentleman :that "owns racehorses, goes to races, and at the present. time has one, if not. more, racehorses in his control."
