A man was charged With sending liquor into a No-License area without a proper label. The evidence showed that accused bought two demijohns of beer at Carterton, 'each containing two gallons, and addressed one to himself ■ and'ono to a mate. These he placed in a sack, aid addressed the sack to Masterton, but did not state on tho label that the sack contained liquor. Accused was fined ,£S and costs; m default one month's imprisonment.
