In connection with tho military tournament to be hold herd in November, the Mayor (Sir. J. A. Nash) has received α-comniunication from Colonel Robin to tho effect that he has'been notified by the Prime Minister.of tho Commonwealth of/Australia that'members of the Commonwealth military force will bo given tho opportunity of; attending tho tournament. At the opening-of the Technical Sehbol on Wednesday afternoon, tho prizes won at tho recent elocutionary and musical contests will bo presented to tho winners. .'■.'-. . ..
