The Coal Vend is reported to bava refused to load tho barquo Laura for New Zoaland, and tho vessel I)tia been delayed for a fortnight. Tho objection is ■ alleged to ho that the Laura is a new vessel on tho coast trado, and is not on tho list whioh tho Vend is authorised to supply. It cannot furnish a oargo without permission from tho' Union Company,
