NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that'a Special Meeting of the Wellincton City Council, held on tho 23rd Day of SEPTEMBER, 1909, tho following Resolution was passed:— Tho Wellington City Council hereby mokes (by Special Order) in exercise of the powers vested in it by "The Municipal I Corporations Act, 1908," "The Cemeteries Act, 1908," and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf the following-By-law. -The Short Title of tho By-law is. "The Wellington City By-law . No. 8 (Cremation), 1909." Tho object and purport of the proposed By-law are;— ■ . - • j To provide for tho regulation, use, management and control of the Wellington City Crematorium; and to fix charges and fees in connection therewith. And NOTICE.:.IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that-the'-'said Resolution will bo submitted for confirmation at tho Ordinary Meeting the Wellington City Council, to' bo held on THURSDAY, the 21st OCTOBER, 1909, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Cuba Street, Wellington, at 8 p.m., when the dato'on which the, said By-law will come into force will bo fixed.
