MONDAY. Brown artichoko soop. i Cold beef. Baked potatoes. Salad. Italian fritters. ITALIAN FEITTERS. ' . Cβ' slices of very light bread, half-an-inch thick, with a round paste-cutter, divido them into neat shapes, all alike in size. Throw t them into boiling fat, and fry quickly of a rich golden brown, dry them on paper, .placo on a dish, and pour over orange or lemon pyrop, or. any kind of' preserve made hot. Honey or golden syrup may be 'used tot those who.liko them. FOB TO-MOREOW. Three pounds of neck of mutton, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, i' minced 6avoury herbs, ehalot, lemon ,peel, Harvey's sauce, Tarragon vinegar, suet, golden' syrup.
