Tho "World" states that tho assistant general agent of tho Holland-America Lino (which maintains two direct lines between Holland and the United States) admits that that Company accepted rebates from railway companies in violation of tho Interstate Commcrco Law and tho Sherman and Elkins Laws. A prosecution has|been instituted. London, September 14. Tho Now York correspondent of "The Times" says that if tho "World's" disclosures aro correct, tho case is likely to prove historic.
