(Specially writteri for Tns Dominion.) TUESDAY. Braised sheep's tongues. Parsnips. Potatoes. Rhubarb tart. RHUBARB' TART. Two bundles of rhubarb, Jib. flour, 6 ozs. dripping or ■ butter, 1 teaspoonful of baking powder, cold water to mix. Wipo and strip the rhubarb, cut it into small pieces, and put it into a pic-dish mth sufficient sugar to sweeten it. Mix tho flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt together in a basin. Add the butter, and rub it lightly into the flour. M. lx to a stiff pasto with cold water. Work out tho cracks, and roll it out as required for a fruit tart.. Cover, and cook, in a quick oven from >three-quarters to . one hour. ■ ' • : FOR TO-MORROW. Five or six pounds loin of pork, sago, and onions, cabbage. Stale bread. Sultanas. Candied peel. Two eggs.
