Mr. Osbom, Secretary of tho Arctic Club of America/ threatens that when Commander Peary sets foot in Now York ho (Mr. Osborn) will have affidavits and facts published stamping Commander Peary as tho most colossal faker America, has ever produced. \ Mr. Osbom alleges that ho has an affidavit proving that Peary opened Cook's trunk and read his observations; also, that Peary opened a letter addressed to Mis. Cook.
