FRUITBROKERS' CONFERENCE.
.The conference of the Now Zealand Fruitbrokers' Federation was brought to a conclusion by a supper held at the Grand Hotel, when the-visiting delegates wore the guests of the Wellington members of the federation; ; The president; Mr. F..Townsnd; was in the chair, Wl a;vcry pleasant evening, was'spent by delegates.-- -'Opportunity "wastaken to present Mr. D. F. Skinner, tho sec-' rotary "of tho federation,-with -a handsome, case of cutlery. Tho presentation'was made by the i chairman, who made complimentary remarks the work done by Mr. Skinner., The following toast list was honoured: —"Visiting Delegates," proposed by the chairman and responded to by Mr. Howarth, of Auckland; "Tho.Now Zealand •Fruitbrokers' Federation,".proposed by.Mr. Moritzson,- of Dunodin, and responded to by Mr. Haybittle. ■■'.'.,-•; . , "It was decided that tho next annual conference should be held in Auckland in Septembor next year. .T ■j _.
