'.'■''. One smallcup of sago, 1 pint of water, i «up:.of 6uear, 1 grated lemon (rind and juico), Vor 2 yolks of > eggs. :'. *.' ;. : . . Have the pint'of water boiling, wash, the •jago well, and sprinkle it into the.water. Boil Until clear, stirring all the time;.thon add the sugar, grated lemon, rind, and juice. Beat the yolks well, and stir them into tho sago. ; Pour into a glass dish, and when'cold whip the' whites to a very stiff ifroth. 'Sweeten and flavonr, add 2 tablespoorifuls of whipped cream and pile on top of the sago.
