KARORI RIFLE CLUB.

:- : Tho 'annual meeting of tho Kardri Eiflo Club was. held at:-the -Garrison -Hall last, evening, the president (Mr. W.,13. In ; the club competitions, Rifleman Halliday carried off the championship;' Rifleman Burns -. the Johnston Cup (outright), Rifleman: M'iaren the Handicap Aggregate, while; Rifleman Rabe" was also. a -prize-winner. The annual, dinner and presentation: of prizes, -held in - April' last, was, the .committee considered,' a. most' successful, function. .. Nineteen members'of- the clflb 7 attended the first rifle club camp,. at Palmerston North, "during the Easter manoeuvres.; Soma, very useful work in skirtpishing and field firing was done.
